I’m Cholla, The Useful Witch

(Choy-a)

I help you clear the clutter—both the kind you can see and the kind you can feel—so your home becomes a space that truly supports you.

For years, I guided people toward feeling stronger and more at home in their bodies through Oula Dance Fitness. Now, I bring that same energy into homes, helping you create spaces that feel lighter, calmer, and easier to live in.

When I’m not working with clients, you might find me dancing Oula, creatively cooking, grounding myself, reading a rom-com, or listening to a podcast.

I live in Cape Elizabeth with my husband, one teenager, one tween, and many houseplants.

My Approach

I work with you to clear physical clutter in a way that also clears mental and emotional space, so your home feels lighter, more supportive, and more aligned with who you are now, what you and your family needs in this moment. My work is a blend of practical systems (habits, sustainable choices, clear processes) and intentional energy (creating a home that reflects back calm, clarity, and possibility).

I believe decluttering isn’t about minimalism for its own sake—it’s about making room for life to happen. I am passionate about helping you sustainably re-home, recycle, and donate mindfully, ensuring that change lasts long after our work is through.

I am warm, approachable, and collaborative, and my decluttering and organizing process feels like a mix of a trusted friend, a clear-eyed organizer, and a gentle dose of “useful witch” magic.
