Most household items in good, usable condition — clean clothing, linens, books, toys, small home goods, and décor. Clothing and soft items need to be cleaned and ready to donate. Free of odd smells and pet hair. We’ll sort everything and make sure each item goes to the right place.

Currently we are serving Southern Maine. If you are wishing 30 minutes of Portland proper— well will be there!

With a subscription each pick up can be 6-8 bins or large bags*. If you have oversized items or a larger volume, just let us know ahead of time and we’ll plan accordingly.
Furniture that is usable condition that meets the needs of an organization will be scheduled for pick up.
*Size of large trash bag or standard 20 gallon bin.

Not always. If items are on a porch, in a garage, or in a clearly designated spot, we can pick them up without you home. If that’s not possible, we’ll choose a time window that works for you.

No problem. Put it in the pile and we’ll sort it. Anything that can’t be donated will be responsibly recycled whenever possible.

No — we focus on donations, things that can be reused snd recycled responsibly. We can often help find a disposal option if needed.

We will sell or consign items on a case by case basis and donate the money to the charitable organization of your choice. If you would prefer to sell things on your own we will happily consult on the best venue and probable price point. We are not able to sell items for our client’s profit at this time.

You can cancel your Outta Here subscription for $50. No refunds will be provided for pick ups that have already been completed or scheduled. If you have additional questions please reach out to us.
